How does Google combat misinformation on the web?

feedback to google after not finding someone's personal site ... a bit too hasty as it turns out ... i was querying his name with double n, but it has one n .. had i found out immediately i would have never sent the following .. so i apologize i guess .. for:
so andy's home page is pushed down bycause ..... why? pharmaffiose deep transstate / worldstate dictate? And how are you excusing this? 'well, look at us suppressing expression of ethnic dominance in all but places of origin'.

at first i thought google refused to show me what i was so sure to find either way and i instantly fired off a 'feedback' ... a bit too hasty but it contains a worthwile thought, albeit only indirectly related to 'rOOOtieTooTie issues ... and another cause of query failure was tapping your name with double n.
